But what about ZwMapViewOfSection? Anyway you can stuck with incompatible cache attributes: as physical memory regions have different cache attributes (for example, one is WriteBack and another one is Uncacheable)...

Well, what about MmMapIoSpace? You can map physical memory without \Device\PhysicalMemory section.
