Failed to fetch

When I try to login, I get a Failed to fetch toast. I've tried, both, being logged in and not, on the main site. There is no network request in the network tab of developer tools when I hit the Login button. Despite there being no network request sent from the secondary site, I'm logged out of the main site when I hit the Login button and get the error toast.
