[Bug] File Drawer Problem

During the File Drawer Problem mission, you are required to handle a pirate station, one way or another. One method is by threatening them with your fleet.

This function didn't work as anticipated. The station king provides dialogue stating you can do as you wish (the intimidation worked). However, upon visiting the planet, it still won't be accessible. All other methods worked fine, including vaporizing him.
