Hi, Any plans to create a bioconda package for HINGE ?

Hi Michal,

We are currently still working on a debian package for HINGE. Once we are done, we will give the bioconda one a try as well. Thanks for the interest!

We are currently still working on a debian package for HINGE

The Debian package is waiting for a new tagged release, which would incorporate the wrapper program.
