No escape from external links

If you click an external link, the external link is displayed, but there is no way to go back. You need to either change files and back so that the MD is rerendered, or you need to modify its contents so that it gets rerendered. It would maybe be better to have some back and forward buttons to navigate in the history, or at least a back button.

I'd prefer if links opened in a browser outside of the IDE, or at least if there was an option for that in the settings.

I can right-click the preview, rendered by the GitHub API, which give me the options Back, Forward, Print... and View page source.
