hey im currently trying to login to vapor and every time i enter the auth code it tells me i have been temporarily timed out any ideas why and any help would be appreciated
I'm also suddenly getting this, despite it working up till a couple weeks ago. Not sure what's causing the issue or how to fix it.

do you know if i need other files to make it work or just the vapor.exe?
Like I mentioned, I'm also getting your same issue don't know how to resolve it. I'm guessing it has something to do with Steam node modules needing updating (and/or being out of sync with how Vapor utilizes them).

Thanks for sharing. Were you able to figure out a workaround by chance?
After trying all combinations of module updates/versions, I just couldn't get this to work again. However, I did find another repo, steamguard-cli, which is working perfectly.
I was able to get immediate trade confirmations, which all went through without a hitch.
(I have no affiliation with the repo)
