例如我有下面这样的markdown，

会把这个也作为一级标题进行标号。导致后面的编号都不对了

嗯，的确有这个问题。作了简单的完善，虽然还是不能够处理一些特殊情况，但这里的情况应该没问题了。@teddyxiong53
