Namespaces transfer and related

I feel like there should be a way to transfer namespaces between addresses, i.e. "redefine a reg", since, let's say, i wanted to sell a namespace that i bought, there should be a way for me to "give" that namespace without me needing to give my wallet to that person, considering the fact that i can't "unsee" the private key.

In another case, since REG, FUN and CTR share the same "name pool" and limitations, if someone were to write FUNs and CTRs with desirable REG names, like:

ctr {amazon}
ctr {a}
ctr {b}
ctr {vitalik}
ctr {cool}
Fun (Google) {(Google) = (Done)}
fun (Kelvin) {(Kelvin) = (Done)}
...

wouldn't that be a loss?! a way to minimize this, is deploying them as a REG first, but, how do you sell them? do you just make one wallet per namespace and put the secret keys in a safe to exchange with them whenever someone wants it?, that sounds awful, for various reasons.

1. no one will ever use a wallet that "someone else gave them the secret key".
2. i want more than one namespace, and i want all of them in the same place.

that being said, even with namespace transfers, there's still going to be very few "free names" for namespaces with REG sharing the "pool" of names with FUNs and CTRs.
