Program Crashes without an error message

When i create a new relationship and right click it on either side of the dashboard, the application crashes without any error message. If i don't rightclick and just wait, the relationship keeps initializing (forever) and nothing happens. I followed the instruction in the getting started page, I'm on windows 10 64 bit.
