Command to cmodify all locks owned by a user

Something like /cremoveall just to modify your locks.
Example:
You already have a few hundred locks and now a friend wants to build with you. You just type /cmodifyall friends_name and he gets added to all your existing locks.

you can already remove all protections server-wide (per-user), but that's pretty.. risky.. most of the time.
