[LWC]You have a pending action but another plugin cancelled it!

I'm trying to destroy this item frame but whenever I try, I would always hit the block behind the item frame, almost like the item frame isn't there. I could still interact with it; put items in it, rotate items, but it seems like I can't destroy it at all. I've tried many solutions to:

Using the command /unlock to only get "You have a pending action but another plugin cancelled it!" Using /cremoveall but to get no results at all Simply punching the sign to again, get "You have a pending action but another plugin cancelled it!" Using /cmofidy (my friend's IGN) but yet again, the same message appears Tried re-logging but that didn't work

It seems whatever I do doesn't seem to work and it's really aggravating. I can do /unlock and /cprivate to any other chest except to my item frame? o-o Here's a list of the mods on this server: http://imgur.com/MREgpjm (REMINDER This is not my own server. This is a server I found)

Anything else that I could try to get rid of this message or to just destroy the item frame? xD

i think it could be in the spawn? -> essentialsantibuild yes its antibuild -> edit config ;D or remove it. no its not antibuild -> some error logs / conzole loggs?

lwc needs a /cvoid command to cancel any pending lwc actions (#serversigns uses similar events)
