Is LWC able to be hooked into?

I'm curious if accessing LWCs protections via another plugin is possible. What I'm attempting/hoping to do is create an extension 'friends list' that allows players of a particular friends status with a lock owner, access to their locks without issue commands /cmodify or /password.

Is this possible to do?

I was just wondering the same thing - about calling lwc from another plugin, not specifically about friends
