Google Play Review Delays
Posting this here to document the current status for anyone wondering why issues are being marked solved and not reflected in the published build.
This issue will be closed once use update is live.
The maximum review duration is 7 days, which expires in just over an hour.
The 7 day maximum review time for the falsified date has also expired nearly 24 hours ago.
This has been blocking progress long enough. It's clear Google has no intention of living up to even their worst case scenario. It has not been resolved for two weeks. That's unacceptable.
Rejected after two weeks because the guide page contained a link to PayPal donations, which is a grey area in terms of the restrictions and requirements on Google Play's billing system. Submitting a new update and a very formally worded middle finger to the developer support department. You'd think after how many class action suits they've lost recently, the last thing they would want to do is strong-arm developers using corrupt practices. Such is Google...
