CLISP build failing

Cl-charms fails to build on travis-ci's CLISP. We should probably do something about it.

As for now the CLISP is in terrible state - it doesn't even build without additional effort - for example, the asdf version is really old. Some guy picked it up for Google Summer of Code, and he aims to make the new release - hopefully he'll succeed, but I suggest that we wait for that release, look what has changed, and then investigate the problem.
