About the code of method HCE

Your work "CDMA" really impressed me. And I really appreciate that you have put your code on Github. I saw that in your comparisons, method HCE was also contained. I also read this paper and this paper really aligns weill with the work I am currently working on. Due to that there's no public code for this method, if possible, could you share the code for this paper with me?
