🌟 (optionally) Prompt attendee for questions on manual attendee creation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am using a sort of complex system to allow users to purchase tickets. Due to the current setup I need to manually create attendees on hi.events (or programmatically via the rest API). However, when manually creating attendees I have no way to ask the questions I need to ask them (eg. T-shirt size).

Describe the solution you'd like A way to send in the email, along with the ticket, a link to answer questions related to their ticket. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to send reminders to attendees who did not answer the event questions.
