🌟Remove hardcoded "About" header from event description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to have even better capability to control what is seen on a event description. Now end users get translation of "About", but I would like to see this header more like part of description text and as an admin, I would like to use text formatting to have header I wanted there
