feat: add image extension to rich text editor

This PR tackles the image extension for issue #246 I added Image extension, so users can add images to places where full rich text editor is used as shown in the screenshots

Thanks again @belyas! I hope you don't mind, but I made a few changes to bring the styles inline with the rest of the application. I also added some basic resize functionality to the images.
