Unable to communicate with Connectix

Open fbourbonnais opened this issue 9 months ago • 2 comments

Hi,

Since ~1 week, there is an error "Unable to communicate with Connectix Agent (Antidote)". It happens on any command (corrector, dictionary ...).

Obsidian version: 1.9.1 Antidote version: 12.2.3047 On: Mac OS 15.5

Note: it's still working with the Chrome or Firefox plugin.

Hi,

On my side, it works like a charm. The only difference on my setup is the Obsidian version (mine is 1.8.10). I was unable to use the newer version. The website and update tool of Obsidian only found 1.8.10 as a latest version. Maybe you have a subscription offer (Catalyst) with a Beta version. If that is the case, I can't debug it as long as the version is not publicly published.

Hi,

I tried to downgrade my version to 1.8.10

  • new installer
  • deleted the ~/Library/Application Support/Obsidian containing auto. upd.
  • It might still remain some things in the vault though
  • But I tried with a brand new vault with only this plugin installed and still the same error

Here is the error in the console:

plugin:antidote-grammar-checker-integration:38 Error: maxObjectCount exceeded at he.parseBuffer (plugin:antidote-grammar-checker-integration:7:22778) at n (plugin:antidote-grammar-checker-integration:7:22060) at eval (plugin:antidote-grammar-checker-integration:7:22192) at FSReqCallback.readFileAfterClose [as oncomplete]
