Add support for npm

I like this! Any change of adding this to the npm repository, or at least add a package.json file in the github repo (so that one can install it via npm)?

I forked this repo (from https://github.com/AmyAmy/REVENGE.CSS, which had a few improvements) and added a package.json: https://github.com/fiskhandlarn/REVENGE.CSS#install
