Clicking (not dragging) on Explore's sidebar items will always turn the cursor from "pointer" into "grab"

The video below demonstrates the issues. Note that the grab cursor should still be there for when a sidebar item is being dragged, just not when it's a simple click.

This is probably because clicking and holding allows to drag the tab and just holding probably assumes you're going to drag it.

EDIT: I just noticed just quick-clicking will also do this... You could probably add a 2-3 second delay before switching the hold to the grabbing one. Or just eliminate the grabbing until you actually start moving the element.
