Bug: Broken layout at 1000x700 extension

Expected behavior

When you change the screen resolution, the site page is adaptive and the layout is intact.

Current Behavior

When expanding 1000x700, the layout "moves away", the language selection icon goes out of the field boundaries

Hi, I guess that problem is appearing with the large-named github, as yours, for e.g. Because I can't reproduce issue with my 11-symbol username.
