🤔 [ISSUE] - block title overflow behaviour

Description

When creating a block with long string name , the title line gets overflowed out of the container block

Reproduction steps

1. Go to visual Editor
2. Click on any block
3. Create a title with larger text length
3. Save the block
4. See error of text getting overflowed the title container
