🐛 [BUG] - Unable to Delete Topmost Quick Reply in Attachment Block

Description

Unable to delete the topmost 'Quick Reply' when it is the only item present in the message section of the 'Attachment Block'

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'Visual editor'
2. Add an 'Attachment Block' and edit it
3. In the image section add a new 'Quick Reply'
4. try to delete it...
4. See error
