🤔 [ISSUE] - Orphaned Blocks persist after plugin deletion

Description

When a plugin is deleted, the blocks related to it are not removed or visually marked, leading to confusion for users. Currently, these blocks remain unchanged, and there’s no indication that they belong to a deleted plugin.

Expected Behavior:

• Blocks related to a deleted plugin should be visually recognized.
• Suggested visual changes:
• Change the block's color to light grey to indicate deactivation.
• Add a small warning icon on top of the block when hovering over it indicating a notification that the related plugin is removed.

This will help users identify and manage blocks that are no longer functional due to plugin deletion.

Reproduction steps

1. Create a block associated with a plugin.
2. Delete the plugin.
3. Observe that the block remains without any visual indication that the plugin was deleted.
