[Feature] Add player's name with prefix"@" to chat-suggestion.

Add player's name with prefix"@" like @abcd, @1234 and all online bungee players to the chat-suggestion.

Proposed Feature Functionality:

In this way, we can easily ping the online player by using "tab" key.
