[Feature] Logging overhaul

Proposed Feature Description:

• Split the console into a list of loggers, configurable by the user.
• Let the user choose which messages appear in which logger.
• Allow logging to a unique file for each logger.
• Let the user choose which serializer is used when writing to the file.
