New CVEs in libxml2

Hi,

There are three brand new CVEs found by OSS-Fuzz in libxml2 (CVE-2020-27917, CVE-2020-27911, CVE-2020-27926) - it would be good to include them in Magma as soon as the CVE descriptions are available.
