Why are optimizations disabled (`-O0`) to compile the targets?

I'm wondering if there's a specific reason to disable optimizations to compile the targets: https://github.com/HexHive/magma/blob/75d1ae7b180443a778b8830c79176ca5f93642ac/docker/Dockerfile#L79

I cannot think of any, besides maybe optimizations breaking some fuzzer.

@hazimeh Any idea? I see that PDF018 is triggered w/ -O0 and it's not w/ -O3.
