Investigate validity of PCP units

Take a look at existing PCP PMDAs, and see if they always expose units in a format that is useful to Prometheus for naming purposes. If not, create proper filters and modifiers to either prevent the metrics from being added to the Prometheus name, or correct the string to make it something Prometheus will be happy with.
