"play and loop" doesn't loop the frame if there's a Bxx effect in it

i'm trying to listen to the last frame of the song over and over but unlike the normal famitracker program the Bxx effect has priority over the loop button so it keeps going to the beginning and then looping that

Try removing the effect in question. That should fix it. As for a bugfix, that most likely won't happen anytime soon because there hasn't been any development in 0CC or FT in years.
