Wave Editor - Loaded Waves # Column Too Small

The # Column is slightly too small to display double digit wave numbers and truncates them with a "...". It has to be manually extended each time you open the instrument editor for a N163 or other wave based instrument. Moving It a few pixels wider fixes this tiny nuisance, as it never goes into triple digits.

Also, reducing the width of the Wave column (as it is longer than the maximum wave size) would remove the unnecessary scroll bar on the bottom of the Loaded Waves table.
