Cannot Get Game Info Issue

Describe the bug

Not sure if this is a bug or not but it's an issue I have and seen discussed before here.

I'm trying to install a game with epic games launcher and it says cannot get game info

I've tried clearing cache, resetting heroic, uninstall and reinstalling Heroic, updating Heroic to the latest version, logging into my Epic Games account and checking if the age is correct and switching to GE Proton Latest.

There was a post about this issue here 3 years ago but the link to the file needed leads to a 404 page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Heroic Launcher.
2. Click on Library.
3. Scroll down to a game and click install.
4. See cannot get game info.

Expected behavior

1. Go to Heroic Launcher.
2. Click on Library
3. Scroll down to a game and click install.
4. Game installs and I'm able to launch it.

Is this still an issue? is it happening for all games or just specific games?
