[Refactor] Remove Wine-GE-LOL

Since the begning of this month (01/05/2024), Riot requires users to install Vanguard to be able to play League of Legends and this made the game umplayable in Linux.

We won't have any new version of Wine-GE-LOL and all old version don't work anymore, so I suggest remove Wine-GE-LOL from the runners option to avoid any misunderstood from Heroic Games Launcher users.
