Allow launch another exe alongside/parallel to the main executable in the likes of steamtinkerlaunch

Problem description

Execute exe on prefix waits for the completion, so it is not possible to launch two executables on the same prefix

Feature description

Letting uses to launch parallel executables at the same time on the prefix would unlock some scenarios like users wanting to launch some external tools that require access to game memory, like trainers/cheat engines or other tools like overlays
