`Default Steam path` could use some details on what it's used for

Describe the bug

A user finding that option in the configuration can be confused on why/how are we using Steam since we don't support adding Steam games.

1. Go to Settings > Others
2. You'll see the Default Steam path option with no context:

Expected behavior

We should explain that it's related to the feature to add games to steam.

It is also used to detect proton version installed by steam and other stuff! So year info would be good.

Had to come to this issue to know what was the original value, because when adding support for the SD card, this was messing everything up.

We actually need to implement some way of restoring a setting to its default value, not only that.
