Setting tooltips / hints don't show when using controller

Describe the bug

In a toggle like this:

There's no way to get the tooltip to show if you are using a controller.

Add logs

No logs

Steps to reproduce

1. Use a controller to navigate the settings
2. Try to get the tooltip to show

Expected behavior

When the label is on focus for a moment, it should show the tooltip like it does when hovering the (i) icon with the mouse.
