Changes Proposed

• Add skill_id to status->get_sc_def call chain (includes sc_start macros etc)
• Implement official Golden Thief Bug card behavior
• Correct AttackTypes with parsed Aegis types for pre-re
• Remove some NoMagicBlocked settings for pre-re SCs

Verified in pre-re Aegis, partially for Renewal too.
