MAGNUM BREAK + BRAGI = NO DELAY.

Describe the bug MAGNUM BREAK + BRAGI = spam no delay. Bragi supposed to give: 30% Faster Cast & 50% Less Delay only but you can spam MAGNUM without delay.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use your knight and partner with bard.
2. test magnum break without bragi (seems ok delay)
3. no test again magnum break with bragi. (NO DELAY)

System specs (please complete the following information):

• OS: Centos 7 x64
• Hercules Version latest
• Mode: PRE-RE
• Packet version: [e.g. 2018]
• Client type: MAIN

Which version are you using? I just tried with Packetver 2018-04-18 and have a slight delay in a bragi, not huge but it is existing. Did you change the delay after skill in your configurations?
