Pre-re exp_group_db incorrect for extended jobs

Describe the bug Unknown exp group for extended classes. Emulator cannot start when using renewal settings is disabled.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Disable renewal on src/config/renewal.h

Expected behavior Emulator must start without error

I have recently done a lot changing to pre-renewal setting .... some member ask how to reduce casting time based on dex ... then I proceed with recompile with pre-re setting no error ... means I cannot reproduce

I just comment out #define DISABLE_RENEWAL on renewal.h no modification done.

Tried it on linux and it compiles without error. It seems like when downloading and using windows the issue appears
