Input Config missing buttons

I'm only able to map the d-pad, a, b, start, and select and page up and down using either a keyboard or xinput device. I've tried deleting the es_input.cfg but when I do, those are the only buttons I'm prompted to map.

Hi... I have installe the last update of emulation station and first I wasn't able to use but nonly one button but after erasing the es_input.cfg, restarting the Portable Game Station and reconfigure again the input device it work properly this time... I hope everyone will be able to fix this for them as well... cheers...
