这个我最初有特别处理的，如果识别到一个群没有群主会自动启用信任管理。语言群的官方帐号群主曾经也做过特殊处理。 但是后来相关逻辑被删除了，具体原因我不太记得了。但这个问题我会继续尝试改进的。
如果有这种群，目前可以告知我，我通过后台启用相关设置。
多语言/多套问题都会有的。这个 Issue 暂且搁置，实现以后将会关闭。
关于第一个，我会考虑添加相关设置。但默认不会隐藏这两个按钮。 关于第二个，以后会支持管理员订阅验证失败消息的功能。 感谢您的建议。
