What can I do with light, medium and heavy brine? How can I get them without fluid cows?

You need to enable (and configure) the Waterworks. It is disabled by default because I never made any useful config...

The Waterworks was intended as an alternative to the Ex Nihilo Sieve, with water as the input and multiple stages.
