Never ending AgriCraft Farming Station bug

it just sits there using up Power and the Hoe doing absolutly Nothing. PIC Seeds are Analyzed (10/10/10) no Modules at all. (it says "No Hoe" because i took it out, it was just using it for nothing)

Also wondering why you can only Connect it from the Bottom, that is not a good design choice for tight spaces like this. Like for real now, how am i supposed to Edit the Item Conduit's Condition from here?

Have you enabled automation for capacitor seeds in your config?
