More capacitor crop issues...
I really enjoy the idea of this mod, even went so far as to mention it to Bacon_Donut to consider placing it in SkyFactory 2.5 during one of his streams, but I have had issues with getting it to run while playing myself. I have been playing Unabridged R.12 on the ATLauncher, thats where I first saw this mod and was looking into using it, really liked the ability to automate agricraft breeding but could not get there because I was unable to get the capacitor seeds to grow. I felt that I understood the requirements from reading posts you had in other forum posts (might consider making an insert about them on the mod main page to help people understand how to properly use them) but was unable to get them to say anything besides "This plant can not grow here".
This was after I updated both this mod and Ender IO to the recommended to date versions for 1.7.10. The capacitor the crop was on had enough power, was sitting on bedrock, the crop was surrounded by dark steal bars, and I made sure the light level was at 13 as stated in the forums about them. Hopefully I'm simply doing something wrong, but it didn't seem like I was. Any help would be much appreciated as I would love to be able to use more of this mod in the future.

There a setting in the configs that enables logging of detailed diagnostics why the seeds cannot grow. When I update to Minecraft 1.10 (if I ever find the time...) I'll add that data to TOP/WAILA.
In your case, I see a torch there. Use a brighter light, a torch cannot give enough light levels on the crop.
Thank you for the exceedingly quick response, and I will do just that (once I get back to that point as I kinda lost all my gear and rage quit that map and started over). When I try again I will post again to let you know if that fixes the issue I'm having.
