Timed Holiday Greetings needs a config to disable

The timed holiday greetings 'feature' in Ender IO Addons needs a configuration option so we can disable it. A few weeks ago this was causing crash issues and now folks using my pack are complaining that the 'New Years' greeting is getting quite annoying.. very quickly.

Can we please get a config option to disable these?
