Is there any way to make this still look good in fullscreen? Like do i need to adjust resolution of my monitor or something without making it blurry and rough in fullscreen?

I think he mentioned before that the Xbox edition images (which is what a lot of these images came from) aren't very much higher quality than the ones from the original version of the game. So the art would have to be redone because the entire game is just pngs I think lol.

You can try using WineD3D as written about here. It adds a sort of anti-aliasing effect, smoothing the game's textures.

When I try to unpack the DLLs, I get the error "The module xxx.dll failed to load. Make sure that the binary is stored at the specified path, or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files. The specified module could not be found."

What are you using to unpack the zip file? 7-Zip should work fine

I think the best way to make the game look better is to simply force it to render at a higher resolution, which this mod seems to already do, somewhat. In my opinion, the mod should create a settings file, from which the resolution could be modified.
