[Feature Request] select rows desired

Hi! Thanks in advance!

I am a Nagios administrator and therefore I have permissions to see all the servers that we have monitored. But when working with Nagstamon, I would only be interested in seeing certain services / hosts and not all of them, for this I was going to do it through a Filter with a regular expression, but I could not include a hosts_group or a services_group , and that was prevents doing so, would it be feasible to do so?
