Choose app icon color

App icon doesn't match my theme and surrounding apps. Recent Android versions allow the launcher icon to be customized and many apps offer that. I would appreciate it if you considered this for Emerald Dialer.

If you mean the recent dynamic colors update, I think this can be done together with #45.

To be honest, I think that customization shouldn't be done from the app's side, but rather from icon packs and third-party launchers. The statement of "many apps offer that" seems to be not correct from my personal view, because I can't remember any applications besides SimpleTools' doing that.

The conclusion is that I might consider adding this feature, but it's not a priority.
