Ok, after having one more look at it, I think I won't have to time to finish this before my leave, the controlled_gate to_matrix method for sure needs some love,...
A last point is under examination: should we have a special case for "simple" control gates. And are all the needed test present ? if so, I'm good for merge
This is not ready for merge at all, it is a preliminary work, it will need one more sprint to be finalized, most likely
the noise is depolarizing and not dephasing, it would be nice to formally prove the alpha formula
